I cannot, as I have not had that experience. However, as a residential assistant, I often asked my students for feedback on the community-building workshops I facilitated and used their feedback to improve the experience for them.

I would:
Identify trends among the answers - were student experiences generally positive? Generally negative? What improvements have been suggested by many?
Decide which ideas for improvement are relevant - are they feasible? Do they align with our vision?
From the relevant and actionable suggestions, decide which ones are a priority
