How do Gen Z individuals want to work and think about their career?
First, Gen Z wants to know, with increasing costs of living and increasing tuition prices, is the education I need for my work, going to eventually pay for itself? If yes, then the next step would be to think, is this job going to make me happy? Gen Z is very focused on protecting our social emotional life and we tend to be leaning away from a corporate 9/5 life.

I would investigate into seeing the reliability of their claim. Did they truly buy the product? Then, I’d chat with them about what they didn’t like, what they were expecting, and how things could be made right.
