Meta Ads and Email Marketing Manager

What strategies have you used to improve Meta ad ROI?
I’ve improved Meta ad ROI by focusing on content that feels authentic and matches the audience I’m targeting. I pay attention to performance metrics like click-through rates, engagement, and conversions to understand what’s working and adjust campaigns quickly. For example, my background in short-form content and brand partnerships taught me how important strong hooks and clear messaging are for keeping attention. I’ve also used A/B testing with different creatives and captions to see which versions perform best and drive the strongest results while keeping ad spend efficient! I used this specifically when working with TurboTax and Credit Karma

How do you optimize email campaigns for better engagement?
I optimize email campaigns by making the content feel personal instead of overly promotional. I focus on strong subject lines, clear CTAs, and understanding what the audience actually cares about. For example, while working with Red Bull as a Student Marketeer, I promoted campus events by tailoring messaging to students based on the event and timing, like finals week or major campus activities. I also use analytics and engagement data to see what performs best, whether that’s testing subject lines, visuals, or send times. My experience in content creation, including generating 4.6M+ TikTok views and driving over 2,000 sales, has also helped me understand how to create messaging that grabs attention quickly and encourages people to actually engage!
Uber
Fall '26 Uber Affiliate Program
Give an example of a content concept for Uber's affiliate program:
A strong content concept for Uber’s affiliate program is a piece titled “How to Save Money on Every Ride (Uber Hacks You Didn’t Know About) . This is targeting urban commuters, travelers, and budget-conscious users. The content would focus on practical tips like finding and using promo codes, identifying the cheapest times to ride, comparing ride options such as UberX and shared rides, and leveraging rewards or partnerships to cut costs. To make it engaging I will include a real-life example showing how these strategies saved me money over a week. Throughout the content I would naturally integrate my affiliate link (if given one) with calls to action encouraging new users to sign up for Uber and claim a first-ride discount, placing the link at the beginning, middle, and end to maximize conversions while keeping the content genuinely helpful. I think natural, everyday content would be the most effective so that people don’t think it’s an ad!
