Why are you interested in this position and working with Vidovo?
I am interested in this position because I am excited about getting involved in the rapidly growing UGC industry. As brands continue shifting toward authentic, creator led content on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, UGC is becoming one of the most effective ways to drive trust and conversions. I am really motivated by the idea of being part of an emerging space that is actively reshaping how brands connect with consumers. Working with Vidovo would give me the opportunity to contribute to real brand partnerships while learning how to scale content in a performance driven environment. Overall, I see this role as a chance to grow alongside an industry that is only becoming more influential and essential in modern marketing.

What experience do you have that is relevant to this GIG?
I have a lot of communications experience from my previous co-op at TJX and Digital marketing experience from my internship at SharkNinja. I have some experience with outreach on TikTok and Instagram from projects that I've done where I had to cold reach out to micro-influencers. With my experience in marketing from my previous internships and classes I believe I am a great fit for the role.

Describe your approach to onboarding new partners efficiently.
I would provide a streamlined kickoff process that includes a clear timeline, defined deliverables, brand guidelines, and communication expectations upfront. I like to centralize everything in one place, whether that is a shared folder or project management tool, so partners can easily access briefs, contracts, and key contacts. I would also schedule a short kickoff call to align on goals, answer questions, and set performance expectations early. From there, I would maintain consistent check-ins and proactive communication to keep projects moving smoothly and avoid delays.
