What social media platforms do you find most effective for influencer outreach?
Personally I feel that Instagram is the most effective platforms for influencer outreach, especially for wellness, food, and lifestyle brands.
TikTok is great for discovering fast-growing creators and trend-driven content, while Instagram is really valuable for relationship-building and professional communication through DMs and email connections.
Through my experience doing creator outreach at Juniver and creating content myself for health and wellness brands, I’ve learned that Instagram helps create stronger long-term brand relationships and community engagement.
I enjoy keeping up with social media trends, creator culture, and emerging influencers, so influencer outreach is something I’m naturally very interested in!
Excited about this opportunity! :)

How do you identify influencers that fit a brand’s audience?
I think that finding the right influencers is a lot more than just looking at follower count. I would focus on whether the creator’s audience, personality, and content style naturally align with the brand.
Since I’ve worked with brands both as a content creator and through creator outreach at Juniver, I’ve seen firsthand how important authenticity is in influencer partnerships, especially as audiences can tell when a collaboration feels genuine versus forced.
For a brand like PopSips, I’d look for creators in the wellness, lifestyle, food/drink, fitness, or college lifestyle space who already create content around "better-for-you" products in an organic way. I also pay close attention to engagement quality, community interaction, and how their audience responds to sponsored content. Some smaller creators with strong trust and engagement can be much more impactful than larger influencers with less connected audiences.
Because I have experience on both sides of influencer marketing, I understand what creators are looking for in outreach and partnerships as well, which helps me approach communication in a more personal and authentic way!

What do you look for in a beauty product review?
When writing beauty product reviews, I love to be authentic through and through. Showing how I incorporate the product in my routine specifically to connect with others that are reading the review is something that I focus on. I also really like to highlight the product benefits: how it works for me, how it looks, lasts, feels, packaging, etc. to really be as specific as possible, and even comparing it to competitors to show its differentiators!
