Hi i have done the following: 1. Using a checklist for all tasks. 2. Being proactive in tracking deadlines by setting a reminder for each deadline and reviewing each task that needs to be completed prior to that deadline 3. Proof-reading documents and reports- before submitting any document or report, review it multiple times to catch errors in grammar, spelling, and formatting 4. Being organized and clear in the communications: by using clear and concise language in all of my communication to avoid misunderstandings and improve the attention to detail 5. Double-checking all data entry- before submitting any data entry, make sure to double-check it for accuracy and completeness.
