How do you prioritize and manage your outreach efforts?

I prioritize outreach by focusing first on the leads that are the best fit and most likely to convert based on relevance, intent, and timing. I like to stay organized by tracking outreach, responses, and follow ups so nothing slips through the cracks. I batch outreach and follow ups to stay consistent without getting overwhelmed.I also pay attention to what’s working and adjust accordingly, whether that’s timing, messaging, or which types of leads respond best. This helps me stay efficient while still keeping outreach personal and intentional.

What strategies do you use to qualify a lead?

When qualifying a lead, I focus on understanding fit, intent, and timing. I start by asking open ended questions to learn about their goals, current challenges, and whether there’s a real need for the solution. I pay attention to how engaged they are in the conversation, how clearly they can describe their problem, and whether they have decision making power or influence.
