How do you approach identifying and documenting bugs in digital products?
I use a structured approach to report software product bugs. I first reproduce the bug by repeating the same actions and noting the environment (device, browser, OS). Having reproduced the bug, I check the actual result against the expected result and search for error messages or unexpected UI responses. I then report the bug using a brief description, reproduction steps, expected vs. actual results, and any supporting screenshots or logs. This information is recorded in an issue tracking system like Jira or GitHub Issues with a severity label. I then report the issue to the development team, check the status, and verify the fix via retest.
