Event Planner & Manager — IFT 2023 at the British University in Egypt (BUE), Cairo I led the planning and execution of IFT 2023, a large-scale educational and scientific event held at the British University in Egypt, attended by over 5,200 students. The event featured: 10+ workshops, panels, and talks by professionals and industry experts A scientific exhibition showcasing student projects from the SIC competition A college and career advisory circle designed to support students' academic and professional growth In the months leading up to the event, I was responsible for developing the core concepts, contacting speakers and workshop facilitators, and coordinating logistics. I also co-led the training of 150 student organizers, divided into specialized teams including: Registration, Crowd Management, Info Desk, Workshops, PR, VIP & Transportation, and Backstage Operations. I oversaw ticketing and sales operations, ensured smooth inter-team communication, and personally managed VIP relations, including onboarding and onsite coordination. On the event day, I handled real-time issue resolution, facilitated cross-team communication, and maintained the event schedule. Post-event feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with attendees reporting valuable learning experiences, new connections, and high levels of engagement.

I used to go on comunity service trips and lead it so we can give either immidiate help with food supplies to poor families or help then with their projects. and once I came acrouce of a group of middle schoolars who really wanted to be active memebrs of socitey and help their familes and they really look up to me as I was a in a high school for the gifted at the time. so I spend a special day all day with them to helo them study and decied what they wanna study. guide them to making small gigs around the village so they can help their families and they took my phone number and we stillc contact from time to time now and it has been 2 years.

I am eager about working on creative projects and prining them to life though optimal operations! and I want to explore more the market of fashion and fittness gloablly as I already worked with a local prand as a business developer before and I see that this market is full of potential if you knew how to position yourself in the market correcly
