What is an example of a time when you delivered results above and beyond what was expected of you?
In a previous project that I handled, I was expected to coordinate different things that were happening at once within a limited period. In addition to doing just that, I found areas where I could improve coordination between vendors and logistics. To do this, I did research on vendors who were better suited, set timelines for communication, and coordinated everything in advance.
Therefore, everything worked out perfectly compared to what would have been expected.

what is the most important part of an event experience?
The crucial factor that makes up the event experience is the emotional journey throughout the entire event process. This is a result of the synergy of good ambience design, effective logistics management, and flawless coordination. Once all of these elements work seamlessly together, there will be no room left for anything else but for the participants to get immersed in the event process.
