Most brand content gets ignored because it talks at people, not to them. Brands often focus on features, not feelings, pushing products instead of telling stories that resonate. To stand out, shift from promotion to connection. Use content to show that you understand your audience’s problems, language, and aspirations. Whether it’s a 15-second Reel or a blog post, lead with emotion, authenticity, or value, not a sales pitch. People don’t scroll past content that feels like it was made for them.

For writing, I often use it to generate first drafts for captions, video scripts, and blog outlines based on specific goals, tones, or audiences. When I’m brainstorming, ChatGPT helps me explore creative angles, hook ideas, or campaign concepts quickly.

I’d structure a 30–60 second product video to hook viewers in the first 3 seconds with a bold visual or relatable pain point. Quickly introduce the product and show it in action, focusing on how it improves the viewer’s life rather than just listing features. Midway, highlight 2–3 key benefits with dynamic. End with a strong, clear call to action that tells the viewer exactly what to do next. Keep it fast-paced, visual, and optimized for sound-off viewing.
