What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness means almost everything to me. I would like to live a long healthy life and I try to do the things that will help me achieve that. I believe if you have the time and some money you should try to integrate some wellness foods/drinks and activities into your life. I aim to go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week. I cut out most sugary, fatty foods that would leave me with bad stomach aches. I aim to drink 7 to 8 glasses of water a day.
