I was excited to apply because Formula Fig is such a great example of a brand that understands both science and storytelling. They take clinical grade treatments and make them feel accessible and aesthetic, which is something I really admire as a marketing major.

Describe how you manage your time when juggling multiple deadlines. Give a specific example
I did a fundraiser in the past for Make-A-Wish. I had to magnate multiple events we had going on that were being used as a way to raise money. I had to delegate certain jobs to other people and make use a calender and to-do list to keep myself organized.

Tell us about a time you taught yourself a new tool or skill without being asked. What was it, and how did you approach learning it?
I had to learn how to use a scheduling website called Monday.com and I just went through every tab and looked things up when I didn’t understand. Most things are pretty easy to learn when you take the time to do it.
