Can you describe your experience with content reposting on TikTok?
While I haven’t directly worked with content reposting on TikTok yet, I have experience in reposting engaging content on platforms like Instagram and Facebook, where I’ve effectively boosted engagement. For example, during the Sunnydale Math x Tech Fest, I reposted user-generated content and event highlights, which helped increase visibility and foster community engagement. I understand how TikTok works, especially with its algorithm that rewards consistent posting and trending content. I’m excited to take that knowledge and apply it to TikTok, where reposting can quickly increase visibility, grow the audience, and help engage users in a fun and creative way!

How familiar are you with managing social media accounts?
I have extensive experience managing social media accounts, both for school events and as part of my professional roles. I was the Head of Media and Marketing for multiple school events, including the Sunnydale Math x Tech Fest, where I strategized and executed social media campaigns that led to record-breaking participation. I also worked as the Social Media Manager for the Sunnydale Mock Trial, overseeing content, captions, and engagement analytics to maximize reach. Beyond that, I’ve managed Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms to curate engaging content, track performance metrics, and adapt strategies based on audience response. I understand how to work with algorithms, optimize posting times, and create content that drives interaction. With my experience, I’m confident I can successfully manage and grow a TikTok account for Skan’s skincare app!

How would you describe a successful training Process?
A successful training process should feel clear, engaging, and supportive—not just a checklist of tasks. It’s about making new interns feel confident and comfortable in their roles from day one. For me, training is most effective when it’s structured yet flexible—giving interns a clear roadmap of what they need to know while also allowing space for questions and hands-on learning. It should go beyond just explaining tools and processes; it should help them understand the why behind what they’re doing. Most importantly, a good training process doesn’t end after onboarding. It includes ongoing support, regular check-ins, and a welcoming environment where interns feel safe asking for help. When people feel valued and prepared, they do their best work—and that’s what makes a training process truly successful.
