I rely on structured workflows rather than memory. Usually that means using content calendars, centralized task tracking, organized asset libraries, scheduling systems, and lightweight documentation to manage priorities across platforms.

I also adapt content per platform instead of posting identical content everywhere — keeping messaging aligned while optimizing for audience behavior and format differences.

Being comfortable with AI tools, research workflows, and process organization helps me manage multiple channels without losing consistency or momentum.
