How do Gen Z individuals want to work and think about their career?

Younger generations seek to destroy the pervasive notion that one's work life and personal life should be conjoined--if not one in the same. If a member of Gen-Z happens to pursue such a lifestyle, they are likely someone interested in a career in the arts. Career-wise, Gen Z individuals are inclined towards paths that provide freedom and encourage self-expression.
