Can you provide an example of a successful collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals?
While I haven't yet been part of a formal cross-functional team, I do have first hand experience with many of the same principles whilst selling hand made crafts during middle school. I created and sold products made from recycled materials in a workshop setting, which did sell quiet well.
Even then thinking holistically, from design appeal, adjusting and getting feedback. Working with a team of other like minded individuals helped me get the experience of aligning creative work with audience needs, which I am hoping to expand in a collaborative environment.
