In a previous project, I developed a comprehensive QA report for a web application that prioritized clear, actionable data for the development team. I structured the report by first assigning a unique Bug ID and a concise summary, such as "Checkout button unresponsive on mobile Safari," and then categorizing the severity level as "Critical" to highlight its impact on the primary user flow. To ensure the bug was easy to locate, I specified the environment details, including the OS (iOS 17), browser, and device used. I then provided a clear, numbered list of steps to reproduce the issue alongside the expected versus actual results to show exactly where the process failed. Finally, I supplemented the written report with visual evidence, such as annotated screenshots and a screen recording of the console error, to provide full context for the product improvement efforts.

I start with noting down all the specific landing pages that are on the website. Then I will look through each one of them to list out each of the UX features attached on the pages (this will be listed on out on an excel sheet that I make). Lastly I would used that checklist to actually go through and document bugs if they are present.
