I'd promote a giveaway for the re-launch. Weather its products, a free trip, or even something like a concert or meet and greet. This will get people excited about the re-launch and interested in what's going on ahead of it.

A brand I think does an incredible job of engaging their community on social media is Glossier. Glossier uses Instagram Stories and other interactive features to share behind-the-scenes content, product tutorials, and updates. This creates a sense of intimacy and transparency, allowing followers to connect with the brand on a personal level.
