QA Specialist Needed
Can you give an example of a detailed QA report you have created in the past?
When I briefly worked at a startup, I had a customer-facing role and it was my job to see if the UI worked or was the most effective in retaining users. I would see if certain text or buttons were cut off depending on the model of phone someone was using to access the app. These were not formal QA reports per se, but I took thorough notes that would be discussed at our all hands meetings.

How do you approach identifying and documenting bugs in digital products?
I create different scenarios a user might face and use the product as if I was the end user. If something goes wrong along the way, I take note of it.
