How would you create deeper community in the running community?
If Fazit were to target the running community, I would focus on infiltrating local run clubs rather than paying for expensive race sponsorships. I would organize pop-up activation points at the end of scheduled group runs to offer free, sweat-proof applications as a post-workout reward. This transforms the standard cool-down into a shared social beauty experience. We would then encourage a social challenge where runners document how well the product holds up after a heavy sweat session, creating authentic proof of long-wear performance while tapping into the highly supportive and interactive nature of run club culture.

How would you activate for a music festival in a scrappy way to garner the most social engagement and ROI?
I would execute a guerrilla strategy. Instead of paying for an expensive booth, I would deploy a roaming team to target the festival entry lines where attendees are stagnant, bored, and self-conscious. The team would offer free, instant Fazit applications (freckles or glitter) in exchange for an immediate follow on TikTok or Instagram. We would film quick "before and after" reaction videos of these attendees to post on Fazit’s channels, tagging them to encourage reposts. This approach is low-cost, turns attendees into walking billboards inside the festival, and directly converts offline interactions into online followers and authentic content.
