I would have people hyped up around the food truck. I would open by greeting them with a smile and good energy, and explain in friendly terms the benefits of Uber Eats convenience, deals you can’t get anywhere else, delivery time that’s a fraction of traditional delivery. To make it interactive, I’d hand out food samples or promo codes or flyers while sidling up in conversation about their favorite foods and how they could order them through Uber Eats.
