Regardless of the emotional intensity, unclear communication, or any other barriers that may cause friction in our interaction, I would stay calm and work to the best of my ability to understand and resolve the issue at hand. If I knew I personally couldn't resolve the issue, I would make sure to connect with someone who's able to.
