Can you describe a time when you had to analyze feedback data to derive actionable insights?
During my time as a research assistant in the biology department at Oregon state, we were faced with many different sets of data and research articles to reflect on and learn from. Looking at all the analytics and analysis of our own research as well as the research of others in our field was a lot to digest. In order to do so well I took my time digging into all information and using relevant data to add to my own research and scientific process.

How do you approach gathering feedback from a diverse group of student participants?
I approach this by doing extensive research from different credible sources as well as reflections of personal experiences to make sure that the feedback I would give is not only accurate but empathetic and motivational.
