I am extremely comfortable with Facebook, I have had a personal page for more than 6 years. I currently manage 2 overseas businesses using Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp as platforms, I boost advertisements and create leads and engagement through a range of interactive posts!

In all honesty, Gen Z would love to receive the benefits of working without the word, heck! Wouldn’t anyone?! Sadly, we do not live in a perfect world. Therefore, Gen Z wishes to work with the job that pays them the most, where they can have efficient work/life balance. This looks different for everyone, meaning some may love to work remote to remain in comfortable spaces or where they could work enough in person whilst have enough time to go to the gym or socialize with friends. Gen Z’s are also drawn to brands that are well-known and sounds good verbally but that isn’t the only reason why, accept me and I will dive further and in-depth on how do Gen Z individuals want to work and think about their career’s, taken from a Gen Z herself!
