How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
A way I would hold members accountable for completing tasks on time is through group reminders to check emails and to-do lists. If I notice a member becoming closer to the deadline, I would ask if are there any external issues that are causing the delay. If there is not, I would verbally remind them of their tasks and suggest other ways to remind them of their tasks. ex. a planner, Google calendar, a digital reminder, etc.
