Describe your approach to onboarding new partners efficiently.
First, I’d develop a structured sourcing system by identifying key niches aligned with upcoming brand needs (e.g., beauty, lifestyle, tech, etc.) and proactively building segmented lists of creators. Instead of sourcing reactively per campaign, I’d continuously add qualified creators to a centralized database with notes on audience demographics, engagement rates, past brand collaborations, and content style.Second, I’d nurture relationships—not just complete one-off transactions. Consistent communication, clear expectations, and positive onboarding experiences increase retention and turn creators into long-term partners. High-performing creators would be flagged for priority re-engagement in future campaigns.I would also track performance data across campaigns (engagement, conversion indicators, content quality, timeliness) to identify patterns. This allows us to refine our sourcing criteria over time and prioritize creators who consistently deliver strong results.Collaboration internally is equally important. I’d maintain regular alignment with campaign managers to understand upcoming client needs, content formats, and target audiences so the creator pipeline stays ahead of demand rather than reacting to it.

How would you identify influencers that align with a brand’s values?
First, I would clearly define the brand’s core values, target audience, tone of voice, and campaign goals. For example, is the brand focused on sustainability, luxury, affordability, inclusivity, or performance? Understanding this foundation is essential before evaluating any creator.Next, I’d audit potential influencers’ content across platforms—looking at the themes they consistently post about, the language they use, the causes they support, and how they engage with their audience. I’d review not just aesthetic alignment, but also messaging consistency, brand safety, and authenticity. Do their past collaborations feel natural? Do they genuinely use and advocate for products in that niche? From a metrics standpoint, I’d analyze engagement rate, audience demographics, comment sentiment, and content performance trends. Alignment isn’t just about follower count—it’s about whether their audience mirrors the brand’s ideal customer profile and whether their community is actively engaged.I would also review audience feedback and comment sections to assess trust and credibility. Influencers whose audiences ask for recommendations and value their opinions often drive stronger conversion. Finally, I’d create a shortlisting framework or scoring system that weighs brand fit, audience match, engagement quality, and past partnership performance. This ensures decisions are strategic and scalable rather than subjective.Overall, my goal would be to prioritize authentic alignment over reach, ensuring partnerships feel organic and reinforce the brand’s long-term positioning.

Do you feel stronger creating static posts (single photos or photo carousels), video content, or both? Why?
I’m comfortable creating both static posts and video content, but I feel strongest with video. Video allows me to tell a fuller story—showing movement, fit, texture, and how an outfit transitions throughout the day. It feels more natural for me to capture real moments, whether that’s getting ready, walking to class, or restyling a look for later plans. That said, I also use static photos and carousels intentionally to highlight details like styling choices, accessories, and close-ups of the clothing. I like using static content as a complement to video—creating a cohesive feed where visuals feel elevated while videos bring the personality and lifestyle aspect to life. This balance helps me create content that feels authentic, fashion-forward, and engaging across platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
