How would you describe your knowledge of menstrual health? Do you feel informed on proactive and preventative health measures?
As a female BIPOC, I have witnessed first-hand the effects and importance of menstrual health in different cultures. Health has always been something prioritized for me, and I have yet to learn more about preventative health measures, but I am willing to expand on my current knowledge.
