Interview Questions
Sarah Akram Skincare
Social Media Specialist for Luxury Skincare

How would you create a Reel that attracts luxury skincare customers?
I’d create a calm, visually refined Reel that focuses on texture, ritual, and results rather than hard selling. The opening would be a slow, close-up shot of the product being opened or applied, using soft natural light and neutral tones to signal luxury instantly.

Show me a piece of content you made that performed well , and explain why it worked.
One piece of content I created that performed well was a short, caption-led video focused on a single human moment rather than a product or promotion. It showed someone quietly helping another person, with minimal visuals and a simple line of text that viewers could relate to emotionally. It worked because it felt genuine and easy to consume. The message was clear within the first few seconds, it didn’t feel overproduced, and it tapped into a shared feeling rather than trying to sell something. That emotional connection encouraged people to watch through, share it, and comment with their own experiences.

Imagine Swishvo is launching a campaign called ‘Healers Deserve to Be Seen.’ What’s the first piece of content you would create?
I’d start with a short, documentary-style video titled “One Shift” that follows a healer through a real day of work. No filters, no scripts—just moments of listening, presence, and quiet impact. Intercut it with simple on-screen lines like “This is healthcare too.” It humanises healers, builds emotional trust, and sets the tone for the campaign by making the unseen visible.
