Have you had any account management experience or worked in an agency?
I don’t have formal account management or agency experience yet, but I do have experience working in structured, task-based environments where communication, coordination, and organization were key. I’ve handled content-related projects and collaborations where I had to manage timelines, follow instructions carefully, and stay in regular communication to ensure smooth execution. These experiences have helped me develop strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. I’m confident I can quickly adapt to an account management or agency workflow and contribute effectively with the right guidance.

Do you understand the concept of a "hook" ?
Yes. A hook is the very first part of a video (usually the first 1–3 seconds) designed to grab attention immediately so people don’t scroll past. In short-form content like TikTok or Instagram Reels, a strong hook: Stops scrolling 🚫 Creates curiosity 👀 Makes people want to keep watching 🎥 Example hooks: “You’re doing this wrong…” “Wait until you see this…” “This changed everything…” “I wish I knew this earlier…” In paid ads, the hook is especially important because if it fails, the rest of the video doesn’t get watched.

What video styles have you created that performed well on TikTok or Instagram ads?
I’ve primarily worked on creating short-form, TikTok-style content focused on relatable storytelling, hooks, and product-style demonstrations. While I’m still growing in paid ads specifically, I’ve tested different formats such as problem–solution videos, before-and-after transformations, and POV-style relatable content.The styles that performed best in my experience were fast-paced videos with a strong hook in the first few seconds, clear visual storytelling, and an authentic tone rather than overly polished or scripted delivery. I’ve also learned that keeping content native to TikTok/Instagram—using trends, captions, and simple edits—helps improve engagement and retention.
