Can you provide an example of a time when you collaborated closely with a sales team to meet and exceed targets?
I worked in sales/food and drink this past summer. My team and I were trying to figure out a way to draw in more customers and increase sales. We decided to start implementing something called Kid’s Night. Kids ate free with the purchase of any regular meal, they got their faces painted, and they got goody bags. The kids were happy, the parents were happy, and it drew in more people.

How do you approach developing and executing outreach strategies to drive client engagement?
Well first, I’d need to identify the target audience. Then, I’d set clear objectives, create compelling and affective content/strategies, personalize those strategies, follow up, and then measure and analyze.

Share a few of the most impactful traditions as it relates to March Madness on your campus?
I’m a first year student at my school so I’m actually not aware of any of our March Madness traditions. Campus is always buzzing when it comes to special events/holidays so they’ll definitely be something going on.
