How do you stay updated on the latest social media trends and algorithms?
As a computer science major, I understand algorithms and how they work and am able to utilize these skills to better learn how social media runs. I stay updated on trends by analyzing what I see on social media and researching successful ones.

What makes you qualified and excited about the role?
I've been the social media manager for multiple organizations including UCSC's Cowell Senate. I enjoy this role and have experience with Canva, Photoshop, Google Suite, social media sites, etc. I regularly create and post flyers, and promote events.
