Immediate impact:/improvement vs longer term (did the reviewer see immediate results in skin glow, tone, etc. or will results only be apparent after consistent long term use?- for the latter I look for the reviewer to indicate how long they gave the product a chance). I also look for how beauty products layer with others does it flake or pill, does it set under make up, etc.

It depends on the type of product, but I always read reviews before I purchase any product and am typically looking for certain keywords to see if the product will help with an issue I’m having, so I try to be as specific as possible in reviewing products so they’ll help others and are easily searchable with common terms.
