What are the tools and / or advice that you learned as a teen that has supported you in your success?
I learned how important it is to create boundaries and in order to really invest in yourself (you need to find peace in accepting that things will change out of your control). Furthermore that you cannot micromanage and take responsibility in other people’s actions.

What is one thing media brands can do to better appeal to Gen Z on TikTok?
Brands can not only provide more Consumer Generated Content (for relatability) but can make substantial Corporate Social Responsibility efforts (i.e., Sustainability, workplace treatment/equal pay, etc). Gen Z likes to support brands that are transparent about their work, and look to improve their industry.
