I would set up a stand in the GSU, which is the main student area. I would also post on my social media and get friends to repost the information. I would then give out a free sample to those who signed up to my newsletter (in person) and the newsletter would have information all about Aquaphor, its goals, what it promotes, and a link to purchase more products!

Journaling is incredibly important to me, I have been journaling before I was 10 years old and every year of my life have consistently kept a journal. As I have gotten older, alongside keeping my traditional diary I have also begun journaling specific interests. For example, I now keep a reading journal which allows me to track my reading, write reviews, and note down quotes that resonated with me. I am also a huge film junkie and so I keep a film and TV journal, which allows me to create collages of film shots and rate movies that I have watched. Journaling is incredibly essential for me, not just as a hobby but it also keeps me grounded, focused and makes me stay on top of things. Especially something as basic as checking up on myself and ensuring I am maintaining my interests.

I try my best to go to thrift / second hand stores. Whether that is online or in person, instead of buying from large companies that export / important in huge quantities. I do not buy from companies such as SHEIN, CIDER, etc. which heavily impact the environment and their pieces do not last long and contribute to wasting clothing. When I do have to buy from companies such as Urban Outfitters / Brandy Melville. I ensure that these pieces are going to be long lasting, durable and re-usable for many years to come.
