What's three important aspects you consider when adopting a new social app into your daily screen time?
Do people I know already have the social media and are active on it.
Is it engaging to me, does it have easy chatting like snapchat, or personalised videos like tik Tok.
Does it look good, the organisation of the app, is it easy to swipe through menus, message friends - and does it have certain accessibility features such as dark mode for late night scrolling.

How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
I would implement a 3 strikes and you're out method for less severe cases. But if the individual is weeks behind schedule or has made little to no progress on the task, I would bring it up with the manager and take relevant action, such as firing them.
