Can you discuss a time you had to lead a project?
Yes, I led a wedding invitation project from start to finish. The couple wanted something that felt personal, artistic, and reflected their story. I took care of everything, from the creative direction and copywriting to the design layout. I aligned the visual style with the wedding's aesthetic and made sure every detail, like the paper texture and typography, matched the couple's vibe. I also coordinated feedback rounds and made adjustments based on their input. It was a very special project because it combined emotion and design, and the final result was exactly what they dreamed of.

How would you approach recruiting potential creators through social media platforms?
I'd start by identifying where our ideal creators are most active — whether that's Instagram, TikTok, or even LinkedIn, depending on the niche. Then I'd use a mix of organic and paid strategies: creating engaging content that speaks directly to creators, using targeted hashtags, and running ads to reach profiles with relevant interests or audiences. I'd also actively engage — commenting on posts, starting conversations in DMs, and even posting creator callouts on Stories or Reels to drive inbound interest. I think it's all about building a genuine connection and showing them the value of being part of the brand early on.
