As someone who has always struggled with self love growing up, I wanted to encourage other women around my community to advocate for themselves and take care of their mind, body, and soul. I documented my fitness journey online to various platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram, and Facebook. Through this movement I was able to generate a loyal audience of 100+ followers who also share the same values as me. There is no true motivator for someone to start doing something, when they are passionate about what they are doing.
