You receive our hair oil and are writing a review. What are are some of the things that you will include in your review.

I will detail how often I use the product in my daily routine (1-2x a day maybe), the scent, the texture, and how it makes my hair look and feel beautiful! Not to mention I would also include any compliments that come my way as well!

What's one piece of advice you'd give us to improve our social presence?

I haven't posted videos in which I have educated an audience, but since 2019 I have been active in spreading information about causes I am passionate about through reposts to my followers and adding my own personal commentary to make it a bit more relatable. Infographics were super easy to create when I worked for a congressional campaign, and those gave my followers the opportunity to ask questions about my candidate and their stances. So it did exactly what I intended it to do, create name awareness for a challenger which is of the upmost importance, and got voters interested in learning more about the campaign and how to get involved to make a difference. I am personally a huge fan of grassroots efforts on gender equality, various social justice issues, and gun reforms among other topics up for debate these days and will always share new stories with followers so that their eyes could open to these pressing issues in a timely manner.

Do you watch women's sports? If so - what's your favorite team?

Working for SYNERGY Kombucha throughout this year has taught me a lot about authenticity and finding ways to connect to the core audience. Kombucha is known for being an ancient holistic tradition in Asia, therefore the branding of packaging doesn't do anything to America-fy or white-wash the sacred beverage. When displaying such a product to the marketplace, there always has to be an acknowledgement to the past when showing it in the present. Getting UCLA students to try this drink is difficult at times, but with college students it is easy to shift it from a unique effervescent beverage to a casual cocktail or cocktail mixture so that the brand can establish awareness amongst new communities. SYNERGY isn't changing its recipe or blueprint, but rather my suggestion of making cocktails with the product allows them to associate the brand with creativity and the authenticity that you can make kombucha into whatever you want.
