How do Gen Z individuals want to work and think about their career?
Gen Z individuals want to work from the comfort of their homes. They are not morning people, so they don't want to wake up at ungodly hours in order to earn money.
Gen Z individuals are passionate about their work. If their career is something they are really into, then they would not want to joke with it. Of course, they care about money; but Gen Z individuals just want to have comfort and not worry about how they would get their next meal.
