As Editor-in-Chief of Myriad, I take on any extra work that someone is unable to take up, or does not have the time to do.

How would you handle a lack of response or rejection in a sales role?
I handle rejection with a smile. In a sales position, it is imperative to leave a good impression on the shopper even if they had a more negative experience so they may shop at the store again. Also, I ensure the customer's concerns are heard.
