One time I gave feedback at my front desk job at ASU about how check-in for our events could be more efficient. I noticed students would get confused and lines would build up because they didn't know where to go, so I suggested simplifying the sign-in process and organizing materials more clearly. After making those small changes, the flow improved and wait times went down.
