Tell us about some of your experiences creating TikTok content for brands or for your personal account?
I don't have much experience creating content for TikTok aside from posting premade videos and utilizing popular hashtags. For a small brand I was able to garner a decent following, but I have yet to create TikToks manually and master the videographer elements of the app.

What is the most important thing a social media manager should be doing?
As someone who has worked as a social media manager, one of the most important traits is adaptability. In the world of marketing, trends come and go, so by now, we should all have learned that to be great, you have to do what's popular - but with a spin. Use your brand's uniqueness to create something new, and if it fails, adapt and evolve.
