What social media platform do you believe is best for Pinch's audience and why?
Instagram is the strongest platform for Pinch because its audience already goes there for beauty discovery, wellness inspiration, and premium lifestyle content. Features like Reels, Stories, and DMs allow Pinch to showcase real treatment experiences, before-and-after results, and the convenience of at-home care while making it easy for potential clients to ask questions and book. Instagram also supports strong local targeting and influencer partnerships, which is key for a high-touch, service-based brand like Pinch.

How would you find influencers to work with pinch?
I’d focus on influencers whose content already aligns with Pinch’s mix of clinical expertise and modern luxury, prioritizing trust and audience relevance over follower count. I’d target micro-to-mid creators in beauty, wellness, and lifestyle especially busy professionals and self-care–focused creators—by analyzing engagement quality, past brand fits, and how naturally they communicate experience, not just results. I’d source creators through geo-targeted searches in Pinch’s service areas, customer and nurse referrals, and organic brand mentions, then test partnerships through trial treatments and track success via saves, DMs, bookings, and referrals to build long-term ambassador relationships.
