Even though it was just one project, it taught me how to build a clean hook, keep the message tight, and present in a way that feels natural instead of forced, skills I can easily apply to future Instagram ads.

I’d focus on storytelling over perfection, showing real moments, real emotions, and real progress that young women can see themselves in. I’d mix short, honest clips with clear takeaways, highlight struggles as much as wins, and speak in a tone that feels like a supportive older sister rather than a polished influencer.
