Please review at our IG feed and let us know what you think in a few sentences. @happywaxmelts

The feed feels bright, friendly, and product-focused, which matches the cozy vibe you’d want from a wax melts brand. The branding is consistent, and the colors are inviting. However, a lot of posts are very product-heavy — it could use more lifestyle content (showing the melts being used in real homes, cozy moments, etc.) and maybe some personality-driven videos (behind the scenes, customer reactions) to deepen connection and stop the scroll a bit more. Overall: great foundation — just needs a little more human touch and storytelling to really level up.

How do you stay updated with the latest trends in social media marketing?

Here’s how I’d stay sharp: Daily skim of platforms like X , TikTok, and LinkedIn, trends usually show up there before they’re written about. Follow creators and strategists who actually post breakdowns of what’s working right now (people like Rachel Karten, Jack Appleby, JT Barnett). Join private communities or newsletters — stuff like “Social Media Geekout” or “Creator Hooks” gives early signals before they go mainstream. Study what small accounts are doing — virality often starts at the edges, not from big brands. The key is building a system that brings trends to you instead of chasing them. Want me to suggest a few specific newsletters or people to follow depending on what kind of social media you’re most into (like UGC, brand, personal)?
