What tools do you use to track team progress?
In my current role I mainly work with structured project tracking tools and standard office applications. I use Microsoft Excel for maintaining trackers, timelines, and simple dashboards, and Microsoft Project when more detailed scheduling or dependency mapping is needed. I also use SharePoint and Teams to share updates, monitor progress, and keep communication clear across different functions. From my training I am also familiar with tools such as Jira and Trello, which are helpful for Agile delivery and visualising workflows. I adapt to whichever platform best supports the project and team, but my focus is always on making sure progress is visible, risks are flagged early, and stakeholders remain aligned.
