What excites you about creating content that reflects real life rather than polished or overly produced posts?

Creating content that reflects real life is exciting because it feels honest and actually useful, not just “pretty.” When people see unpolished moments—messy rooms, bad lighting, real emotions—they recognize themselves and are more likely to trust what is being shared and engage with it.It also gives much more creative freedom: instead of spending hours perfecting a setup, the focus is on the story, the feeling, and the message, which makes content faster to produce and more sustainable over time.

How do you typically share products or routines you genuinely love with friends or on social media?

On social media, I like to show how something fits naturally into my day—through short “day in the life” clips, post‑workout or study‑session resets, or quick story formats—so people see the real context instead of a forced product placement. With friends and followers, I focus on what problem it actually solves for me (energy, focus, recovery, time‑saving) and only recommend things I’ve used enough to give honest pros and cons, which keeps my recommendations feeling authentic and trustworthy.​

What does self-care look like for you during this chapter of your life?

As a master’s student in Communication and an active content creator with a large, predominantly Gen Z following on Instagram, I’m excited about Weddell Water’s mission to make better water the first step of everyday self‑care. I create regular lifestyle and sports‑oriented content and have built a highly engaged community where 52% of my followers are women, but a significant portion are young men who rarely see self‑care framed as normal or essential.This Brand Ambassador role is a great opportunity to combine storytelling, content creation and wellness. I can consistently produce short UGC videos, authentic photos of the Weddell Duo in my routine, and reflective writing that feels honest rather than “ad‑like.” I’m especially motivated to use my platform to normalize self‑care for male students—showing simple, real routines around hydration, recovery and mental reset—while also speaking to my female audience, who already engages strongly with lifestyle content. By engaging actively with Weddell Water’s channels and community, I can help build a thoughtful, student‑driven narrative around what self‑care actually looks like in daily life.
