What strategies do you employ to grow an organization's social media following and increase engagement with the audience?
I think creating a personal connection with the audience is key to retain their attention. I think giveaways and more personable events are important to increase engagement.

As a woman of color, I try and make my social media content as inclusive and diverse as possible. I think getting perspective from people from all different types of backgrounds is integral to business.

Can you describe your process for developing a social media content calendar?
I think the best way to produce content is through just enough content that the viewers stay updated and interested while also not inundating them with content. I think a story post a day with an every other day main feed post is just enough to draw in customers.
