How would you go about finding quality content creators for our brand?

Being at UCLA, I have access to massive content pools, each offering a unique and engaged audience:

UCLA's Creative Sports Community – Through my sports marketing internship, I’ve worked with talented student creators who produce high-quality content for game days, social media, and brand activations. UCLA’s network includes photographers, videographers, and digital marketers who specialize in sports storytelling.

Greek Life & Campus Influencers –

Greek life at UCLA is filled with socially active, content-savvy individuals who are always creating and sharing. I know leaders, ambassadors, and influencers who have strong personal brands and know how to engage an audience, making them perfect partners for brand campaigns.

Den Operations & Student Engagement -

As part of Den Operations, I’ve seen firsthand how students engage with high-energy, school-spirited content. The student section itself is a hub for organic, hype-driven media, and I know how to tap into that momentum to find creators who resonate with a brand’s message.

By leveraging these three communities, I can source quality content creators who are not just skilled but authentic, engaged, and influential within their respective spaces.

Are you an extroverted person and are you confident in your ability to manage a group of creators?

Yes! I’m an extroverted and energetic person who thrives in collaborative environments. My experience in Den Operations (UCLA's student section for athletics), my sports marketing internship, and my involvement in Greek life on the exec side has given me strong leadership skills, allowing me to confidently manage and engage groups. I’m comfortable rallying creators, fostering collaboration, and ensuring projects run smoothly while keeping the energy high.

Share a few of the most impactful traditions as it relates to March Madness on your campus?

UCLA has one of the richest basketball legacies in the country, and March Madness is where that history comes to life. From John Wooden’s dynasty years to modern dominance, both our women’s and men's teams carry a championship mindset, and the student body is deeply invested in supporting them.

Den Operations & Game Day Traditions -

As a member of Den Operations, I’ve seen firsthand how we bring Pauley Pavilion to life, leading chants, organizing game day experiences, and ensuring UCLA students show up loud for our teams. We continue to share countless traditions that have been around since the Wooden era, my favorite being Roll Call (a back and forth chant within the student section during warmups). When March Madness comes around, we take that same energy on the road, traveling to games and making sure the Bruins have a strong student section, no matter where they play.

Supporting Women’s Sports –

This year is especially historic, as UCLA’s women’s basketball team is ranked #1 in the country. The growing investment in women’s sports is one of the biggest opportunities for the future of college athletics, and UCLA is at the center of it. As students, we recognize how important it is to show up, promote, and elevate women’s athletics. The energy at Pauley for women’s games is electric, and with the team’s dominance this season, we are fired up to carry that passion into the tournament.

Every year, groups of passionate UCLA students travel to March Madness games, creating a home-court advantage in neutral arenas. Whether in Pauley, an opposing arena, or on campus, the 8-Clap (our cheer) unites Bruins across the country. During March Madness, it’s even more special. When students can’t travel, UCLA hosts huge watch parties, creating an atmosphere that rivals being in the arena.

At UCLA, March Madness isn’t just a tournament, it’s a tradition. With Den Operations leading the charge, our women’s team at #1, and a passionate student fan base, this year’s tournament is going to be one of the most exciting yet and an incredible opportunity for Uber One to promote its student deals!
