Share an experience that highlights your ability to build strong relationships.

As a project manager for EWAAB, I led a team of analysts on a corporate partnership strategy project. At the start, we were all new to each other and working remotely, which can make connection tricky. I made it a point to create a team culture rooted in open communication, shared ownership, and weekly check-ins that balanced progress with personal connection. By listening actively, giving space for each person’s ideas, and recognizing individual contributions, I built strong trust within the team—and we quickly went from “assigned group” to a cohesive unit. I also coordinated directly with our client, ensuring consistent updates and adapting our strategies based on their feedback, which helped us build a strong, collaborative partnership. That experience showed me how powerful relationship-building can be, not just for productivity, but for creating a sense of belonging and shared purpose.

What types of creators do you typically like to follow?

I gravitate toward creators who are multi-dimensional and culturally rooted, like Neha Dharmapuram and Vidya. I love following South Asian creators who blend tradition with modern storytelling—whether it’s through fashion, music, comedy, or lifestyle content. They’re not only entertaining but also empowering, showing representation in such a fresh, relatable way. I also follow creators who share career tips, mental health insights, and creative content that feels authentic—people who aren’t afraid to be real and vulnerable, while still inspiring others to express themselves.

Have you had sales or account management experience?

While I haven’t held a formal sales or account management title, I’ve had plenty of experience in roles that required persuasive communication, relationship-building, and strategic outreach. As a project manager for EWAAB, I’m currently leading a team focused on developing corporate partnerships—this includes researching target organizations, reaching out to potential sponsors, and presenting value-based pitches, all of which reflect core skills in business development. I’ve also managed donor insights, worked cross-functionally with analysts, and communicated directly with stakeholders to align goals—all transferable skills that mirror account management responsibilities. I’m excited to apply and grow those skills in a fast-moving, creator-focused space like Linktree.
